The Nettleton

The Nettleton offers luxury in a historic setting at the corner of Front Street and Nettleton Avenue, just steps from the beautiful Mississippi River and all the fun of South Main. This beautiful brick structure was built in 1915 and served as the headquarters and warehouse of the Piggly Wiggly grocery stores. Today, it features 34 condo units spread across four floors.
