Paperworks

Paperworks

Paperworks is one of Downtown Memphis’s original condo developments. The five-story warehouse on South Front Street originally was redeveloped into loft apartments in 1985. The conversion to condos began in 2001, helping to usher in a new era of loft living in the South Main Arts District. The five-story building was constructed in 1914 and once housed D. Canale and Company.

The Paperworks building’s location at the corner of Front Street and Huling Avenue places it close to the action of South Main but just far enough away for an easy escape. Various art galleries and small businesses have called the ground-floor commercial space home.

Paperworks features 53 loft condo units in a variety of sizes, ranging from 800 square feet up to 1,500 square feet. All come with beautiful open floor plans characterized by exposed bricks and concrete floors.
